Mental Health Social Care Review & Redesign
Mental Health Social Care Review & Redesign
Supporting collaborative working and long-term partnership strategic change
We have collaborated with local governments and NHS Mental Health Trusts across England to develop outcome-focused mental health services that acknowledge the significance of mental health social care in delivering adult, older adult, child, and adolescent community mental health services. These projects have led to collaborative/integrated working, early identification, prevention, and a decrease in the reoccurrence of acute mental health prevalence throughout the system.

Local Authority CQC Assurance Self-Assessment & Improvement Planning
Supporting local authorities with CQC assurance
The Health and Care Act 2022 creates a new legal duty for the Care Quality Commission (CQC) to review and assess local authorities' performance in carrying out their 'regulated care functions' under Part I of the Care Act 2014 as of April 2023.
The new assurance system will put adults' services on a comparable basis to children's services, in which local authorities are subject to regular inspection by Ofsted and government intervention if deemed 'inadequate'.
We have developed a nationally recognised robust self-assessment tool to assess statutory compliance under Part I of the Care Act, ensuring you are 'CQC ready.'
